What is the brand center in SharePoint online?
The SharePoint Brand Center provides a centralized management application for customizing the appearance of your SharePoint sites. With this new feature, organizations can easily apply personalized branding to SharePoint sites and Viva Connections, enhancing the user experience.

Step 1: Access the Brand Center
Go to Microsoft 365 Administration Center, under Organization Settings, select Brand Center (pre-release).
Step 2: Configure your brand site
Create a branded site by entering the site name and address. Activate the public CDN by giving your consent.
Step 3: Upload your fonts
Add your custom fonts to the Brand Center for a consistent visual identity.
Step 4: Customize your fonts
- Define specific fonts for titles, headlines and text.
- Choose the fonts available in SharePoint.
- Save your settings to apply changes
Step 5: Benefit from a consistent visual identity
Your fonts are now applied to the site, guaranteeing a professional, uniform appearance.
User experience
Now that we've discovered how administrators can add new fonts to the Brand Center application, let's explore how users can take advantage of these new fonts.
To do this, navigate to a SharePoint site -> cogwheel icon -> Change appearance.
